Current Vacancies
Ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years letting experience, knowledge of HMO procedures advantageous. Highly organised polished individual with drive and ambition for genuine career prospects. We will ensure that you are fully trained in both ARLA and Letwell. Reporting to Office Manager your role is to manage a portfolio of rental properties around Glasgow.
Liaising with tenants and landlords in a professional friendly manner.
Marketing rental properties on various property portals.
Undertake check in's and check outs and quarterly inspections.
Lease execution and all related paperwork utilising SME Professional.
Liaising with inhouse maintenance department regarding repairs and maintenance.
Regular landlord updates, networking, ensuring landlord and tenant have smooth tenancy.

Electrician
We are looking to recruit an electrician who is qualified to carry out EICR’s and PAT testing in the domestic market. Experience with HMO properties will be an advantage but not a necessity. Applicant will be required to carry out repair and installation works across various levels which will include consumer units to meet current regulations and smoke/heat/CO installations (both hardwired/ wireless). A good understanding of current regulations is a must.
Applicants will be asked to proved current qualifications and certification.
Full time permanent post - competitive salary package.
