Travelling to Glasgow from London at the end of august to look at two/three bed flat/house property to buy to rent in the Glasgow area. After some advise and help of where the best areas are to rent. Have about 80,000 deposit. So looking at properties up to that amount. Haven’t registered with any agent’s yet but have been looking on line to see what’s available. Would I need to get a solicitor now or wait til I have seen a property. Can you suggest one? Not sure how it works up there if it’s any different to here.

Look forward to hearing from you
