The ideal candidate for this role:

• must have minimum 2 years letting experience.

• knowledge of HMO would be advantageous.

The role will require:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords in a professional friendly manner.
• Organising viewings and inspections.
• Lease execution and all related paperwork.
• Liaising with maintenance department regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Highly organised polished individual with drive and ambition for genuine career prospects.
