The Disposal Process
The portfolio is being offered to the market by means of an informal tender process. Our client's preference is to sell the portfolio as a single lot. Access to properties can be arranged by appointment only.
The properties are being sold on behalf of the Joint Administrators of Rent A Place Limited which entered into administration on 18th September 2018. Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser were appointed as Joint Administrators on that date. They act as administrators of the company and without personal liability.
