Successfully managing a complex property matters by carefully applying legislation and delivering a fair and positive outcome for all parties involved.

Always communicate clearly and document everything! it protects everyone and builds trust.

Give us an interesting fact about yourself?

I juggle part-time property management with studying Law full time, which keeps me on my toes and gives me a real insider’s view of how the rules shape the property world.

What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

Be patient and back yourself – the experience you gain early on, even when it feels small, builds the foundation for bigger opportunities.

Who are your heroes inside or outside of business?

My dad – I admire him for his hard work, integrity, and the way he always supports and inspires those around him.

What qualities do you most admire in others?

Someone who’s reliable, sticks with challenges, and keeps their cool no matter what.

How do you unwind out of work?

Spending time with friends and family and bingeing a good series.

Favourite book and film?

Book: A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini — it’s a powerful and poignant novel.

Where is your favourite place in Scotland?

The Isle of Skye – the scenery is incredible! An incredible place to switch off.
