We’re currently seeking two experienced Property Managers based at our Head Office, Gibson Street, Glasgow.

Ideal candidates must have minimum two years letting experience, and knowledge of HMO procedures would be advantageous.

In addition the roles include:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords in a professional friendly manner.
• Marketing properties on various property portals.
• Organising viewings and inspections.
• Lease execution and all related paperwork utilising Winman.
• Liaising with maintenance department regarding repairs and maintenance.
