COVID 19 LOAN SCHEME

A new loan scheme has been made available this week for some landlords whose tenancies have been affected by COVID-19.
 

Private Rent Sector Landlord COVID-19 Loan Scheme

Last month, the Scottish Government announced it would provide an interest-free loan to landlords who have suffered a loss of rental income as a result of COVID-19. The details of the scheme and applications form are now available online. The government is offering eligible landlords up to 100% of lost rental income for a single property. The scheme will support landlords who are not classified as businesses, have five or less properties to rent and have lost rental income as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
