Cairn continue to limit the number of staff working in our office and so the majority are working remotely from home to help reduce the spread of the virus. Please be rest assured, we are still delivering our high level of service that we have taken pride in over the last 20 years. In order for us to efficiently respond to your enquiries please see information below.

For any letting or sales enquiries relating to properties on the market we ask that you please enquire through our website by clicking ’Arrange a viewing’ from the property screen.
Our staff will then come back to you via email with the qualification process for viewings as we need to ensure we are taking the upmost care before any appointments are arranged. Please note, viewings cannot be arranged over the phone.
Please only call the office if your maintenance issue is urgent. Otherwise please report this via our website by clicking on ‘Tenants’ and then by selecting ‘Report a Repair’ from the drop down menu at the top of our website.
Our approved contractors are still able to conduct the majority of repairs, however due to the virus there may be some delays on routine maintenance as all emergency and essential maintenance is currently being prioritised. All contractors are following strict government guidelines with regards to PPE equipment and health and safety procedures. Our out of hours numbers are detailed below.
