Meet the Team – Jordan Jack Property Manager
Describe your role in one sentence at Cairn?
As a Property Manager I am the main point of contact for our landlords and tenants in the East of Scotland Area.
How long have you worked at Cairn?
I joined Cairn at the end of 2023 and can’t believe how fast the time has gone, I feel like I have been part of the team for a lot longer.
What’s the best thing about working at Cairn?
The team are great and extremely supportive; each day is extremely varied and getting to work with a diverse pool of clients and properties keeps the role exciting.
The best thing about working in the property industry?
The property industry has a habit of throwing curve balls daily which forces on the spot learning and problem solving. As a naturally curious person, property certainly ticks all the boxes as there is always something new and exciting to learn or discover.
Who are your hero’s inside and outside of business?
I think both inside and outside of business I admire people who lead with compassion and integrity. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the most positive and motived people both professionally and socially which is a real privilege.
One piece of advice you could give your younger self?
One thing at a time, focus on the things your passionate about, not everything is a race, good things take time!
What qualities do you most admire in others ?
Loyalty and a good work ethic goes along way with me. A good sense of humour never goes a miss !
Where is your favourite place in Scotland?
We are absolutely spoiled for choice in Scotland ,making it almost impossible to narrow down. As a born and raised Edinburgh boy I suppose I should choose the capital but my recent move to East Lothian has me conflicted !
