We Are Hiring – Maintenance & Development Manager

Cairn specialise in the profitable but highly regulated HMO (house in multiple occupancy) market and have a reputation for sourcing and developing properties not only to respected standards, but also deliver above market returns.

We have built up a significant team of dedicated contractors on hand to carry out repairs no matter how large or small they may be and assure our clients that they are honest, reliable and most importantly can cope with our demands efficiently and professionally.

The chosen candidate must have:

• Previous residential development and maintenance experience

• A clean driving license

• A commitment to personal service and professionalism

• Be keen to develop themselves in the role

• Understanding of HMO regulations beneficial though training will be given.

• Knowledge of insurance claims and factoring advantageous.

• Good organisational skills

Salary Negotiable plus Bonus
